You may buy tickets online to guarantee your jump time, but it is not required. If we are not at our capacity then we will accept walk-ins at any time.

4. When can we come in for open jump?
Open jump is anytime we are open! Walk-ins are always welcome as long as we are not at capacity! If we are at capacity we will start you at our next available jump time. We have jump times every 15 minutes.
5. What is your waiver policy?
We require waivers to be filled out for every jumper. Jumpers 18 years old and older may fill out their own waiver, however, everyone under the age of 18 must have a waiver filled out by their parent or legal guardian. Once a waiver is filled out it is valid for 1 full year.
6. Do you have paper waivers?
No, we do not have paper waivers. We want to provide the highest security for our customers information so all of the waivers must be completed online through our secure software. You may fill out your waiver on our website or on our kiosks when you arrive.
7. Are your Stratosphere Grip Socks required?
Yes, we require all jumpers to wear our Stratosphere Grip Socks. This is for safety and liability purposes. They are only $2.50 and you may keep them and reuse them every time you come.
7. Can we bring in outside food?
We DO NOT allow outside food or drinks to be brought into the park. We have a concession stand with a variety of food and refreshing drinks for purchase. We have a water fountain at our park as well.
8. What should we wear to come and jump?
We suggest wearing comfortable clothes that are easy to move around in. Don't forget to bring your Stratosphere grip socks if you already have them! If you do not yet have a pair, they are required to jump and can be purchased at the counter when you arrive.
9. Who is allowed to play dodgeball?
Everyone is allowed to play dodgeball during our open jump hours. All games are played with 6 players (or less) on each team and last 2 minutes. If there is a line, the dodgeball referee will rotate the players after each game. We have 2 dodgeball courts, one will be for the younger kids to play and one for the older kids/adults. This way you will always be playing with other players of similar size and ability.
Dodgeball courts will be closed on Wednesdays and Thursday from 7pm-8pm for league play.
